Finger Lickin good

Total time to make: 15 minutes. Allow an hour to cool in fridge.
Ingredients
150g of 70% chocolate fondant
100g of 90% dark chocolate
100g of peanut butter
12 medium size, washed and dried, strawberries, dehulled. (If your strawberries are very big, cut in half)
½ tsp of Himalaya or sea salt
Kitchen Items
Heat resistant glass bowl for melting chocolate
Pan of boiling water
Wooden spoon
Small whisk
Parchment paper
12 cocktails sticks
Silicone chocolate mould for 14 chocolates
Method
Place a glass bowl over the pan of boiling water on a low heat setting.
Break up chocolate and put it and the salt into the glass bowl, stir until melted.
Meanwhile, thread cocktail sticks into the strawberries at the tip end.
Lay out enough paper parchment on a work surface to contain all the strawberries.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate. Only dunk about ¾ of the strawberry in the chocolate, holding onto the cocktail stick. Allow some of the chocolate to drip back into the pan and twirl the strawberry until no chocolate is dripping off.
Lay each strawberry on the parchment to cool.
With the remaining chocolate, stir in 100g of peanut butter & whisk until well blended. Turn off heat.
Pour the mixture (using heat proof gloves to hold the glass dish), into a heatproof glass or stainless-steel jug.
Pour mixture into the mould.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and place in a refrigerator for an hour.
Swipe up any remaining warm chocolate with your fingers and lick!
